Service Description Starts At
Standard Inspection with Thermal Imaging Home or Cottage - pre-purchase or pre-listing - under 2000 sq. ft. $500.00
Standard Inspection without Thermal Imaging Home or Cottage - pre-purchase or pre-listing - under 2000 sq. ft. $425.00
Oversize Fee Inspections for dwellings over 2000 sq. ft. $125 per additional 1000 sq. ft.
Outbuilding Fee Boathouse, Bunkies, Garage-Lofts, etc. $125.00 per outbuilding
Extras Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Bath, additional Kitchen, etc. $25.00 each
Above Ground Oil Tank Inspection Included with Standard Inspection No Charge
W.E.T.T. Inspection Included with Standard Inspection $150.00 per appliance
W.E.T.T. Inspection Stand alone $225.00 per appliance
Septic Inspection Included with Standard Inspection $185.00
Septic Inspection Stand alone $285.00
Radon Inspection Two monitor $400.00
Product Sampling Lab Tests (Asbestos, UFFI) $350.00
Consulting / Construction Solutions   $135.00 per hour
Expert Witness Minimum 4 hours $135.00 per hour

Please Note

  • The cost of a standard home inspection is based on the complexity of the home and will vary based on factors such as; extra buildings, hot tubs, saunas, steam baths, multi-units, boilers etc. Please contact our office for further information.
  • Septic Inspection Fees do not include tank pumping costs.
  • All service fees are subject to HST.
